Orlando stands out of any crowd with his empathy and communication skills -- soft skills sought in nearly every open role and yet so often lacking in otherwise qualified candidates. Orlando demonstrates active listening in every conversation, whether with management or his direct reports, seeking clarity in ambiguity and building consensus in disagreement. His diction, pacing, and articulation suit him to public speaking -- not just in large presentations but in his ability to connect with his audience in smaller settings.
