      When I joined TheCircle there was little CRM structure and strategy but a big growth plan. Working with, the then, MD and utilizing my extensive CRM strategic and operational experience, we implement the marketing structure for the entire customer journey. This encompassed all customer touch points from new customer funnel to reactivation and developing a high customer retention cohort. I head up and am responsible for a strong marketing team, strategy and planning for CRM and acquisition for TheCircle. And am regularly project lead on numerous new marketing product implementations and existing product developments. With continued improvement, development and innovative campaign ideas, CRM daily revenue has grown over 40% to current day. Show less

During this time I explored my personal interests and hobbies more fully including mini car restoration, crafting/prop creation and decorating my home.
