We began operations in 2005 with the creation of Emerge Investments Romania, an investment vehicle dedicated to land development in Romania. Emerge Investments has managed the urban development of more than 1,000,000 sqm. of residential and commercial land. Since its establishment, our company has also provided consulting services to institutional clients, real estate developers and high net worth individuals.
