  2018: External marking on LTCL Diploma TESOL 2016: following my resignation as Director of Teacher Training I will be taking on the new, part-time, role of Trainer and Mentor of Teacher Training team from September 2016. 2005 - 2016: Director of Teacher Training. Managing all aspects of teacher training, including face to face and online course development. All stages including: validation, production of course documentation, systems and timetables, assessments and procedures, policies, delivery, administration and marketing.   My role as general English teacher for groups of multi-national adult students included teaching at all levels and creating materials relevant to the needs of each group. Other responsibilities included one to one teaching at all levels and covering a broad spectrum of language needs, some IELTS exam preparation and teaching groups of European teachers who came to refresh and re-invigorate their teaching skills while also practicing the language.   This was a state funded Professional Development Forum where English language primary and secondary teachers met to share ideas, knowledge and skills. I was invited to join in order to share my differing perspectives and experiences - at the time I was the only non-Spanish, non-state employed teacher present. I also delivered workshops to the larger province wide forums, including promotional events on behalf of Oxford University Press. This was a state funded Professional Development Forum where English language primary and secondary teachers met to share ideas, knowledge and skills.
