      I worked in particular on the R&D technology partnerships aspects, gathering information on innovation led by major cosmetic companies, and looking for new collaboration opportunities for Givaudan. I also had opportunity to focus on human cutaneous microbiome, which made me curious about the power of bacteria to improve our skin health.
