Oriana has demonstrate her leadership and empowerment capabilities. We connected via Zoom with other leaders of my network and she accepted the challenge of creating an virtual empowerment conference for members of her model united nations program LCIMUN in her school. In less than 30 days, she organized and lead from zero the conference called BRAVE UP in celebration of IWD. During the conference we shared strategies such as Women Leading in Political Action, in Communication, in Business, and in Service. It was a successful virtual event. Oriana is a perfect bilingual, who strives for excellence and is capable to bring people together. She is very well position to become a strong professional who will strive for equal rights, collaboration and inclusion, A Champion of Diversity & Inclusion.

I had the honor of connecting with Oriana through networking (through her aunt Maria Perdomo). She instantly impressed me with her maturity, graciousness, intelligence, and bravery. She accepted the challenge of creating an virtual empowerment conference for members of her model united nations program in her school. In less than 30 days she skillfully planned, designed, and organized a conference called BRAVE UP. She invited four guest speakers (I was one of them) to share their strategies for Women Leading in Political Action, in Communication, in Business, and in Service. It was a tremendous success. Oriana is a strong, courageous, capable emerging leader who can and will make a tremendous difference in the lives of the people and organizations she collaborates with.
