In less than 30 days, she organized and lead from zero the conference called BRAVE UP in celebration of IWD. During the conference we shared strategies such as Women Leading in Political Action, in Communication, in Business, and in Service. It was a successful virtual event. Oriana is a perfect bilingual, who strives for excellence and is capable to bring people together. - Participation in the leadership team of a youth-led movement that uses social media and street art to condemn gender-based harassment.- Developed the annual activities for the UN Women initiative: "16 Days of Activism" for gender-based violence; focused on the role that "Accountability" plays in ending street harassment.
