This includes the Company’s IP and organizational knowledge as well as the management and control of related budgets. Managed fund-raising activities from private investors. A large part of our activities is related to sales and marketing of cannabis-based pharma grade products to pharmacies, which requires constant adapting to the actual market needs and recruiting agents and distributors. As part of our business development efforts, It is my role to identify, negotiate and sign agreements with strategic partners (international pharmaceutical companies), I was successful in establishing a JV with the 4th largest pharmaceutical company in Latin America. and established a partnership with the only Swiss company that meets Brazil’s regulatory requirements (a year-long process).. In addition, I develop joint programs with universities for educating and training physicians and pharmacists (e.g. in collaboration with the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology).
