I fixed and managed the authorized service network with 30 new affiliations to give technical support to the customers and to sale original parts. I managed the warranties in partnership with the OEMs of components such as CUMMINS, MAN, DAF, ZF, Wabco, Knorr-Bremse, Carrier Sutrack, sharing and solving the technical issues with the headquarter. Iven if the product was new on the Italian bus market the customers were satisfied of the after sales support and we encrease the parts turnover.
