Careful and smart. Two most important traits of professional of tomorrow. But also present, and past. And Orest demonstrates them constantly for already 12 years, that I know him. Orest possess of a highly analytical mind – he could decompose complex problems into manageable parts, sketch the plan and successfully execute it. Despite his formal approach to work he is genuine human being, who is able to empathize and understand his peers – I don't know how but Orest has never ignored any of my requests or feedbacks to him as my superior. I can only think of only few persons in my network, whom I can recommend any day for managerial position in company of any scale. And Orest is one of them – he is flexible and adaptive, but at the same direct and transparent. What more can you wish?
