My responsibilities at Amorphical envelop all the aspects of the Chemistry, Manufacturing, Control and Regulation of Amorphicals' products, including managing the team in charge of these aspects. Amongst my responsibility were matters such as: • Amorphical's product scale up from ten's of mg per synthesis to Kg per synthesis. • Amorphical's product QA and QC. • Amorphical's product analytical development including a quantitative crystalline/amorphous analysis. • Amorphical's CMC knowhow development. • The company's continuous product development. • New collaboration development, including product adjesment to the new utility. • Amorphical's IP portfolio, including supporting pending patents, as well as creating new ones to further protect Amorphical's noval product. Out of scope: I also built, and currently maintain, Amorphical's internet site, both in Hebrew and in English. In order to built the site I learned how to program in HTML and PHP. As part of a small startup company I learned to help out in other areas. I started working at Amorphical as the company's chemist and quickly advanced to the role of Head of Product Development Staff. My responsibilities including constant improvement of the company's flag product's formulation, performing the upscale process for large scale production, implementing new QA and QC analyses and procedures, supervising the pre-clinical trials, searching for new markets and more. As a Master's degree student I also took part in teaching Bachler's degree student. I took part in two different classes: 1. Advanced organic laboratory - In this course I showed students how to perform advanced organic chemistry syntheses, how to make accurate calculations and predict their products. 2. I was involved in a novel class at Bar Ilan in which I mentored first year Biophysics students, showing them how to successfully nevigate through their Bachler's degree.
