Starting a new professional project that is completely complementary with my actual collaborations; a company dedicated to develop low code platform based software. Through the development of low code platform we can achive the digitization of complex business processes adapting the technology to the customer’s needs and culture in an agile way, developing in days, delivering and improving digital solutions integrated on a digital ecosystem fully owned by the customer.During my career I have participated in many digital projects from which I have learnt that the change is completely people dependent, the technology must adapt to the process and that it is vital to integrate and own all the data, curate it and understand it assuring the success of the companies and the right choice of decisions. We, at TFlowlab, offer to our clients the chance to take control of their processes by digitizing them, reducing the time wasted and repeated actions that add no value, eliminating monotony and thrusting the growth of organisations and professionals within.

For five years I’ve developed my professional career on Barcelona de Serveis Municipals. I have had the challenge to promote the new technologies and add value to the company through analysis and continuous improvement. Some of the achievements I have contributed are:· Define and implement new ways to understand the key information about the main businesses undertaken by B:SM, redesigning most of the reports and studies related to customer experience, the activities performance and the cost-benefit analysis for new business opportunities.· Development of a new project methodology throughout the whole organisation, based on the application of lean project methodology.· Introduction of new analytic tools, based on agile methodologies, to develop a new understanding of the actual businesses, studying through business intelligence and big data solutions the impact of the activities on urban mobility, leisure and culture.· Development of the strategic plan for B:SM using co-creation techniques as well as action plans for some key activities, such as the Zoo de Barcelona or the Public Cemeteries company.· Design and implementation of a new customer service for B:SM based on the aggregation of activities in one shared service, polyvalence of workers and the use of new digital tools.· Development and implementation of an artificial intelligence tool able to help citizens improve Barcelona’s mobility giving them the occupation prediction, 48 hours ahead, for the regulated parking areas.After five years working on Barcelona de Serveis Municipals, I am grateful for having had the chance to grow as a professional, contribute to the improvement of my city, work in depth on one of the most relevant public companies of the country and to have collaborated on the creation of a team which I will always feel proud about.
