Grew net income by about 122% from 290milliom to 2.9billion over a 12month period across all the payment products. Increased monthly average transacting customers from 215,000 to 1.2million. Led and collaborated with a scrum team of engineers, designers, QA engineers to build and launch products/features across payments, savings, loans, onboarding and built a cloud-based version of mobile & web-based application using agile/scrum methodologies. Managed and supported the virtual account generation service which currently serves fintech startups like Flutterwave, Piggyvest, Opay etc. for funds collection. Optimized user experience which garnered 99% positive feedback from users. Managed backlogs and prioritized product features based on product strategy. Translated high level business and customer requirements into specific and actionable PRDs and user stories for development. PROJECTS Platform APIs Developed, managed and provided support for payment platform APIs which all the bank’s digital channels (Mobile banking app, Business banking, USSD, Agency banking and 3rd parties) are connected to. This led to a reduction in Time to Market (TTM) across all channels by about 50% and an overall decrease in development time by about 50% leading to faster revenue optimization.
