As a team lead with an innovative mind, I take pride in working with various team members, and solving issues and challenges that presents to me on a daily basis. In my current job, for good pharmaceutical interventions and care , I set up the In-patient Pharmacy Care Unit to address appropriately the management of patients/guests with Chronic Disease. I was able to increase drug delivery from 15% to about 70% working well with data of my clients, as well as reduce the cost of procuring pharmaceuticals from vendors and striking valuable deals of discounts. I put up processes to reduce dispensing errors, medication errors geared towards the patient's safety. I am passionate about Antibiotics Stewardship and frown and antibiotics misuse and abuse, bearing in mind the safety implications of these actions. With my experience across the pharma-industry, I have been able to discover these about myself: 1. I can be quite passionate and energetic about my deliverables, going the extra mile for tasks that needs to be done. 2. I am very mindful of standards and processes that are in line with International Guidelines. 3. I am a good seller and can sell my ideas, products and services. 4. As one of my mentors calls me, I AM A GOAL-GETTER. Show less
