When starting working with Pedro, I could not imagine that he would have such a potential. Pedro isn't someone who stays stopped. He is always on the move, giving his best to achieve the team's goals. He started as leader of the research area, and did a great job structuring it. He had big challenges, with poor resources and a lot of desire to grow up the discipline and people around it. He was able to scale his knowledge and help the whole team, leading research in the company to another level. Not only that, he embraced other challenges such as leading a writing and branding team. I could say without a doubt that Pedro is amazing as a leader of people or project, but it's true that he is also one of the best researchers I've ever seen. So, you can count on him as a research leader, project leader or as a specialist. What a privilege!

      ResearchPro is a company with three operating formats: training, consulting and mentoring. The focus of the contents and programs is on ResearchOps and fundamentals for structuring and scaling the Research area, generating impact at the right times and gaining more influence with stakeholders.
