• Analyzing current business trends to identify areas that need optimization. • Responsible for end-to-end management of 30+ suppliers to improve product availability and customer satisfaction. • Worked closely with Engineering and Project Management Team to procure the material as per APL and BOM. • Study of Purchase requisitions, creating RFQs, cost estimation of material and preparing quotation comparison charts for the same, creating purchase orders and updating all the required information in the SAP MM. • Continuously monitored all the open orders by communicating with vendors and logistic partners daily. • Developing new vendors for new projects and evaluating existing vendors based on Cost, Quality and Lead time. • Implementing various sourcing strategies to optimize Inventory level by analysing previous purchase order data. • Documented reports and presented detailed root cause analysis of delayed orders and material shortage for Project review meeting and Internal/External Audit.
