Oneida is a hard-working individual who is highly adaptable and very eager to learn. She worked tirelessly throughout her internship and quickly became an integral part of the team. She was given complex tasks which she completed with great success. She always showed initiative in completing assignments that required research and problem solving. Her strong communication and interpersonal skills make her a very valuable addition to the team. I would highly recommend Oneida for any position requiring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. I look forward to the opportunity to work with her again in the near future.

Elliot, Ph.D. Clinical Assistant Professor of International Business Vackar College of Business and Entrepreneurship University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley 1201 W University Dr Edinburgh, TX 78539 Date: 10/21/2022 Dear Sir/Madam, RECOMMENDATION LETTER FOR MS. ONEIDA RAMIREZ This letter is to recommend Ms. Oneida Ramirez for a career opportunity with or through your outfit. I was previously the Professor of Oneida in International Marketing at the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley on the Spring semester of 2022. Oneida is a good student with great potential to be a dynamic international marketer. Her potential was most demonstrated in her class Mini-project where she created distinctive marketing strategies for the Romanian market. Also as a consultant for class discussions she analyzed international marketing dynamics in the Asia-Pacific and other regions of the world and recommended international marketing strategies for investments, ethics, ageing population support and general consumer wellbeing. Oneida is a dedicated student who engages her peers in her discussions whilst learning from them. Based on my observation of her abilities, I would affirm that Oneida has the skills and qualities to succeed in her academics and professional marketing career globally. Sincerely, Esi A Elliot, Ph.D
