I had the pleasure of working with Lola at Patchwork Health and I can confidently say that she is one of the most talented and dedicated individuals I have had the privilege of working with. Lola consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of our field - it helped that she was also previously a medical professional. She was able to take on complex projects and deliver results that exceeded expectations. Her ability to think critically and problem-solve was invaluable to the team and her contributions were a key factor in the success of our projects. In addition to her technical skills, Lola is an excellent communicator and a team player. She was always willing to help others and her positive attitude and strong work ethic made her a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Lola to any organisation looking for a talented, dedicated and hardworking individual. She would be an asset to any team and I look forward to the opportunity to work with her again in the future.

I was fortunate enough to work with Lola at Patchwork. It was fantastic working alongside a colleague who has first-hand experience of the problems we were solving. Lola takes great pride in her work, from understanding what it is that needs doing, collaboratively building the solution through to seeing her changes validated in the live environment. This attention to detail made my life as QA far easier, but more importantly, it meant a steady delivery of value to our customers. Lola shows great leadership qualities with her valuable ideas being listened to, discussed & adopted by her colleagues. It would be a pleasure to work with Lola again! Duncs

As featured in the likes of the FT, The Times and The Independent, Patchwork was founded by two doctors who are on a mission to solve the global healthcare staffing crisis by unleashing the power of flexible working. The Patchwork team started by building their shift-matching marketplace platform in partnership with the NHS to connect clinicians directly with healthcare organisations (such as hospitals and GPs) in order to fill vacant shifts. The team has since continued to add a wealth of award-winning technologies and services; providing a total workforce solution that helps fill tens of thousands of vacant NHS shifts more easily and quickly, whilst saving the NHS millions in locum agency fees. Patchwork has raised a total of £5 million so far and has seen its team grow by 95% in the past 12 months. Please visit patchwork.health for more information. Show less
