    • Chairwoman
      • May 2021 - Present

As the Chairwoman of TEDx, I undertook a significant leadership role in organizing and coordinating one of the most influential and dynamic events in our community. During my tenure, I had the privilege of overseeing the entire TEDx event, from conceptualization and speaker selection to logistics and execution. My experience as Chairwoman provided me with valuable insights into event management, public speaking, and community engagement. However, it also presented its fair share of challenges. ● One of the primary challenges I faced was selecting the right speakers for the event. who could deliver compelling and thought-provoking talks that aligned with the TEDx. ● I had to oversee a team of volunteers and work closely with various stakeholders, including venue managers, sponsors, and technical support, to ensure a seamless event experience for attendees. ● Managing time effectively to dedicate enough attention to TEDx while fulfilling other obligations was a continuous challenge. ● The pressure of overseeing the actual event day was intense. Managing any last-minute changes, technical glitches, or unforeseen challenges required quick thinking and adaptability. ● One of the biggest challenges was unifying the opinion, resolving conflicts and finding solutions, as the organization was not devoid of any conflict that had to be resolved. Despite these challenges, my experience as Chairwoman of TEDx was incredibly rewarding. I witnessed the transformative power of ideas and the impact of a well-organized event in bringing people together. Overcoming obstacles and seeing the positive response from both speakers and attendees made the journey worthwhile. This experience has instilled in me a passion for curating meaningful events and creating platforms for voices that need to be heard. It has also provided me with valuable insights into managing teams, fostering innovation, and advocating for positive change in our community. Show less

We have reached the finals of the Entrepreneurs’ World Program Through a distinguished and unique business, where we have created an application that connects users and craftsmen such as carpenters, mechanics, engravers, and furniture makers. This application opened a wide door to solve multiple problems, such as expanding the work environment of artisans, and marketing to the distinguished ones. This application will reduce the proportion of importing spare parts from abroad and increase local work, which will lead to a non-increase in prices. The idea of the application was excellent and applicable. Show less
