Responsibilities :1)Device Design & DevelopmentLed the Design& Development of a microfluidic-based electromechanical system from concept to production consisting of (an assay incubation module, Spectroscopy module, Liquid handling system, and Fluorescence Readout assembly) by defining the scope for the project and respective planning, collaboration with the head of the research team to get the AST results in 6 hrs.. Created Multiple designs for the Device with the help of 3d cad software(Solidworks, Fusion 360), tested multiple prototypes, and implemented the best design solution for future product releases . Carried out structural & Fluid analysis using FEM software (Solidworks flow simulation, ANSYS Fluent) to check the temperate distribution for bacteria culture growth under the specified limit.Worked with 4 contract CNC manufacturing vendors to draft out 2D drawings (GD&T) as per ASME Y14.5,reducing product cost and complexity by defining tolerances and stack-up analysis as per requirements.2)Manufacturing process. Created Microfluidics cartridge for the biological sample with the help 3d tool (Solidworks) and carried out liquid flow on a cartridge which is fabricated with (a 3d printer, and micro milling), confirming the optical and bonding properties of selected materials are fine.. Developed gantry system module for sample transfer recreated test using prototype components manufactured in (3d printer, vacuum casting, laser cutting) resulting in precise position accuracy.3)Device Regulations Performed Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) for an electromechanical system developed for transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) design by simplifying module design in 3d cad(Solidworks, ANSYS) by redefining user requirements(biology, material, electronics), incorporating a simple pattern of movement in design assembly resulting in a reduction of cost and ease of fabrication by ensuring compliance standards( ISO 13485, IEC60601) Show less

Handled the chassis as well as the casing department of the E rickshaw assembly division. Worked closely with seniors to understand the work process and understood the operation of all tools, machinery, and small labor work equipment. Implemented 5s and kaizen quality tools in order to get more productivity for Safar smart by idealizing worker feasibility and segregating work between them.
