Control process rejection by effective monitoring at in-house process using various tools like Poke yoke, kaizen, poison test, visual management at the time of process and collect data with focus 7 system. 2. Daily as well as monthly rejection analysis (MRM) with pareto study and take action on major defects. 3. Monitor Customer satisfaction through continuous communication & their result sheets. 4. Handling customer complaints with appropriate countermeasure on it and update PFMEA & CP. 5.
