Job Responsibilities 1. In collaboration with the General Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures, Compensation and Benefits Structure and IR Policies. 2. Involved in the preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and or any other policies. 3. Participate, drive and make recommendation about salary and benefits surveys and other benchmark studies; provide analysis on salary and benefits trend. 4. Managing employee personal files and personal records, payroll advice, SOCSO claims, employee welfare issues and other related matters. 5. Managing the employees’ perks and benefits that are out of outsourced scope with the third party. 6. Managing employee discipline matters and grievances as per Terms & Conditions of Service. 7. Managing Employees’ PACE score, Annual Salary Increment, Bonus Payment, payment of allowances, salary deductions, etc 8. Advice the General Manager in terms of salary and benefits trends, evolution, and other compensation and benefits matters. 9. To issue and record all official correspondences from the Company to employees and via-versa. 10. Key member in company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, transformational initiatives and change management. 11. Key contact person from the Company on the HRIS system and official liaison person with the outsourcing team. 12. Managing and representing the Department on other day-to-day tasks when the General Manager is unavailable and/or out of office or when requested. Show less
