  This job is about drilling oil and gas wells as per a predefined plan (well plan) following a designed calculated inclination (angle of the well path from vertical) and azimuth (angle of well path from north). The directional driller must use the downhole motor as well as adjusting drilling parameters including mud flow, rotating rpm, weight on bit to control the trajectory of the well being drilled to eventually hit the target reservoir in the predefined depth, inclination and azimuth.
