My job requires me to: Create my own customer base, while keeping current clientele. Cold call customers. Promote specific items or commission items. Promote/hire other team members. Beating last year's numbers the basics, like handling money, making deposits, ect. My first year I worked about 50/60 hrs a week with no time off.
