  I had my first work experience, closely related to my background, in this prestigious and consolidated company but at the same time young and dynamic. My position as analyst covers all operational and strategic functions in direct support to the Asset Manager. In particular, I carry out portfolio management activities for two Core funds ("Fondo Immobiliare - Comune di Milano I" & "Fondo Immobiliare - Comune di Milano II") and a Value Added fund (HITA2). To these kind of funds are connected all the monitoring activities as well as the management of all the procedures for the conservation and disposal of the assets under management, the supervisioning and control on property managers, the planning of the asset business plan and relations with both foreign and local investors (particularly with the Milan municipality, the unique shareholder of the "Milan funds"). The development of the very first asset in a value added fund gave me an overview and an initial experience about how this kind of project must be manage. Show less

  After the course of 3 months for the qualification concluded with a written and physical exam, I started the real voluntary service in the department of Grosseto with numerous interventions throughout the province. I have learned a lot about fire system and safety management, risky situation and being part of a "family" before the firefighter-team that works as a single unit.   After the license obtained in 2009, I have worked every summer during the holidays (when I was at school) and after taken exams (when I was at university). This experiences has been a great opportunity to improve my skills of saving life during real experiences on the field and this makes me very proud. I also understand the importance of management of risky situations where the panic is spread through people.
