Accomplishments: • Using a generic framework, oslo versioned objects (ovo) to implement the communication protocol between Openstack driver and plugin. Changed RPC calls to AMQP protocol to manage the resources of the BGP-VPN API. AMQP protocol is implemented by RabbitMQ. • Solving race condition issues intrinsic to distributed architectures by adding a revision number to BGPVPN resources. Changes done during the internship were included in Official Queen Release of Openstack.
