  I started as a CDL driver back in 1996. Within a couple of years I was dispatching for our store. Dispatched and over saw about 75+ employees. Moved to various areas. Counter sales, managed our warehouse and fill plant/yard. The last 10 years I managed our truck and forklift fleet and I was the company's Smith-System driver trainer.
