One of the established programs was “Douyouf Alrahman: Enriching the Hajj and Umrah Experience Program” which aims to provide the opportunity for the largest possible number of Muslims to perform Hajj and Umrah and to enrich and deepen their experience. This goal falls under the responsibility of the “Makkah Region Development Authority (MRDA)”, the authority responsible for Makkah’s development, and projects affecting services to pilgrims. As such, MRDA is currently establishing a VRO to support the achievement of its strategic plan in accordance with Vision 2030 programs. Mindsets advisors were hired to provide consultancy services to the MRDA’s VRO and support them over 30 months. Duties and responsibilities ; The team leader of the supporting team in the MRDA which included: - I assess the feasibility of proposals and identify needed changes. - Preparation of the Scope of work (RFPs) for the projects in (Urban, regional planning and redevelopment. - Supervising the progress of projects and initiatives. - Coordination between internal departments and external entities. - Handling VRO operations including internal transactions and the correspondence team. - Preparation presentations and reports. -Recommendations of the structural plans of Muhafazat and cities within the Makkah Region in accordance with Vision 2030 programs
