  In my role as Senior Research & Development Engineer, I am responsible for managing overall R&D activity in the company and work to transfer academic knowledge to applied Technology. I create functional design concepts, test existing designs, and oversee the implementation of development projects in liaison with the R&D team. I develop detailed research plans and track daily deliverables against plans and deliver effective solutions to mitigate International world-class R&D challenges. I monitor research progress continuously and develop detailed reports. I derive all equations from scratch to ensure zero system errors. I manage overall math and control equation related tasks including, motion dynamics, Path equation, steering, and lead-lag. I calibrate sensors to yield accurate measurements and coordinate team efforts to ensure project success. Projects & achievements: • STRATA & Khalifah University: Implemented a robotics system to manufacture composite aerostructures for AIRBUS and BOEING with laser precision, using Leica laser tracker (A NASA level project). • FuelBot: Autonomously used KUKA robot to refuel autonomous trucks.   As an Entrepreneur, I identify market requirements to establish a start-up and collaborate with companies working in patents field. I participate in conferences and exhibitions related to patents filed. Build the patent body taking into consideration the third role which is industrially applicable. I conduct weekly meetings with supervisor to plan for research-related assignments. I liaise with the IP office in Jordan iPARK to define the patent’s claims and the drawings. Following were key accomplishments that I attained: • Conducted desktop research, and used books, journal articles, newspaper sources, surveys to gather data. • Participated in “Third Arab Innovation Network Annual Conference” at Abu Dhabi in 2014. • Achieved a government grant of $2000, to draft the patents and performed prior art search. • Earned a grant from Royal Scientific Society RSS for initial drafting and writing two patents climes free. • Conducted meeting with the Manager for mars mission in ZINC to discuss on fusing approach in NASA programs.
