Riyadh Metro Project (2014- present) The Riyadh Metro Project will be the largest public transport project, which comprises construction of a metro network, a bus system and other transport services in Riyadh. FCC has been awarded the execution of the piers and the cast in situ box girder deck related to the metro package2 line 3 with a total contract value of 87 Millions SAR excluding direct materials. Main contractor: Arriyadh New Mobility (ANM) Consortium. Client: Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA). Consultant: Riyadh Metro Transit Consultant (RMTC). King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center KAPSARC (2009- 2013) KAPASARC is an iconic project designed by world-renowned Architect Zaha Hadid. KAPSARC is a future oriented research center committed to energy and environmental exploration and production analysis. The intricate concrete and steel structure constitutes enormous challenges on the execution of this unique designed structure. The total 82'500 Sqm campus is located in Riyadh the capital of Saudi Arabia. Fatayerji Contracting Company was awarded the infrastructural works including all concrete works related to basements, swales, culverts, manholes, light poles, security walls and precast concrete fences. Total contract value 80 Millions SAR Main contractor: Drake & Skull International (DSI). Client: Saudi Aramco. Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG) Housing Project (2012- 2014) The project comprises of 6000 precast soldier villas, FCC has been awarded the execution of the 1500 precast villas with contract value of 417 Millions SAR for supply and installation works of precast with a total built up area of 450'000sqm.   Project engineer with Huta group; focusing mainly on infrastructural projects (underpasses, over flying bridges, piling works, dewatering, segmental construction and marine works). Huta Group is well known in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia for their high profile works ensuring safe working environment and high quality of work maintaining end dates schedules. King Abdullah Road Bridge Jeddah (2005-2007) The project comprises of underpass and flyover, the underpass located at King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz street consist of 280 Lm ramp at each side (east & west) supported by permanent retaining wall system at each side (north & south) along with 140 Lm bridged section at the median, however the connection between superstructure of the bridged section and walls was made fully continuous by means of post-tensioned bars, in order to increase the structure ability to sustain the loads resulting from wearing surface with regular traffic or island with accidental truck , as well as to allows the Owner to change the crossing layout any time in the future without being restricted by the underpass with a total length of 1600 meters. Old Makkah Road Bridge Jeddah (2008-2009) 920m Long Bridge with 40m Long Precast U Shape Precast Beam Girders (weighing 115 Tons) placed on side & stitched with Cast in Situ Cross Head Beams using Prestressed Bars & Post Tensioning system. Precast U girders are Pretessioned in PC Yard and transported for installation where connection is done Post tensioning Bars with cross heads. The superstructures rest over rectangular piers and pile foundations, the main piers and superstructure are monolithically connected; the side piers and abutments have guided pot bearings.
