We have a two years contract Through petrojet to preform the scope of revamping, replacing and retagging for different equipment including (pumps, air coolers and compressors).I Act as project manager for team and my responsibilities as the following:1. I deal directly with technip and attend meetings with technip shutdown coordinator to review shutdown schedule, review shutdown scope of work, set needed manpower number, revise and edit the method of statement if needed.2.I have three teams at the site carry out the required activities for the shutdown.3.Follows up my teams during the shutdown, providing them all required tools, lifting gears, permits to work4. Carrying out installation, leveling, pre-alignment and alignment for new equipment. (In case of replacing).5. Carry out pre-commissioning and commissioning for new equipment.6. Handover the new equipment to wood consultant, eprom, midor representatives.7. Finally we get a recommendation letter from technip project director. Show less
