Omar has been with UK Home Lending for a year acting as an intern. It became apparent very quickly that Omar is a highly intellectual and committed individual. Omars' approach to any task presented to him is exactly the same irrespective of the task - a can do attitude underpinned by a logical and methodical approach. The task which Omar has undertaken have not phased him, his communication style is crisp and clear and is able to articulate his point of view very clearly. His work ethic is very strong as evidenced by the long hours he has invested in ensuring tight deadlines are achieved. Omar is a great team member and adds a different dimension to any team dynamic. His approach to data analytics is exceptional cutting straight to the point to highlight key trends etc... I would have no hesitation in recommending Omar for any position within a data team as he would undoubtedly add value immediately.
