At Eruopa I was doing driver notes pod scanning updating spreadsheets calling to book delivery’s and putting bookings in the transport office system we also take bookings from booking offices all over the world we also do spotless checks on all drivers that come into our office reply to emails for bookings we reply to 400 emails a day and answer 400 phone calls a day. I was working on outbound campaigns calling student that apply for a course with the open university 3-5 years ago and we was trying to see if they are still looking to study with the OU if they do we of to call up the open university put the student and hold and speak to SRS that’s the open university call centre and tell them that we have a student and they are welling to study with the OU and also longing there details in the computer system for DPA.
