Students are required to work in a collaborative, diverse environment, prioritize their tasks, and work according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Tag individual assets throughout MCV and Monroe Park campuses by using tagging bar codes and review preventative maintenance recommendations. Students will be responsible for updating our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS/AiM) as needed to meet those recommendations. Provide recommendations to improve process deficiencies and identify deficiencies that are currently in place. • Pull water samples throughout campus to check water characteristics in closed loop and domestic water systems.
