  I started working in Global services for KPMG, one of the Big Four companies in financial auditing, tax, and advisory. My role in this company was application support trainee . I was introduced to our MS AZURE ticketing system, where I was assigned level 1,2, and 3 tickets . I had to deal with Microsoft SQL database manipulation including, revoking users' access, adding users, and changing important information related to everyday reports that come to the company. The database manipulation needed some security steps before it which I also had to participate in, such as integrational backup necessary before every commit was made. I also participated in the access rights given to users for Active directories and Functional MailBoxes. As a side work, I also was working on some PowerShell scripts that were beneficial for the automation of the procedures we do to solve everyday common tickets These scripts usually had to deal with remote connections between internal servers.
