The Head of the IT Department with IT Manager title and responsibilities plus Systems Admin duties like Administrating Windows servers 2008 , 2012 like DNS , Active Directory,GPOs and Data Base servers.Plus hosting and managing Data base server and Office365 suite with a super admin privileges which is for another company called Axis Billing as there cloud services (remotely) and manged all the VPN connections for all Axis billing employees . A global Admin for Google Suite (Gsuite) managing Google drives and all the team drives plus managing all the users,groups,security under Gsuite. Did a migration from Microsoft outlook to gmail and from Microsoft share-point to Google drive.Administrating Mac osx server to deploy policies and apps to the Apple products users like iMacs and iPads and for the iPads using MDM. Administrating and managing Unifi switches and Dell sonicwall as our company security gateway. Linux virtualization (ProxMox) used for hosting Axis Billing Data Base Server an I am the only person manages that server. Administrating and managing Avaya IP Office (IP Phones Server) managing all the extensions and phones and creating/deleting users plus managing on call schedule as one of my daily duties. Keep tracking of all the inventory of all the devices we have , used of salesforce desk ticketing system to manage and assign tickets to the Help-desk employees.
