  i. Responsible for ensuring the implementation of Technical Quality & Safety requirements as set in the Company GMM, for in-house and subcontracted maintenance. ii. Coordinates with Corporate Safety and Quality Manager, exchanges experience and information of safety and quality as required. iii. Have good knowledge of ECAA regulations, Advisory circulars, relevant company manuals, and human factors. iv. Be an active member of Reliability Control Board RCB & company safety committee monthly meeting. v. Must interact with line maintenance engineers, MCC, Technical Services Department, operations and control on day-by-day basis surveillance & departmental updated status reports. vi. Be a member of incident / accident investigation team, document all technical occurrences in database and display significant safety concerns during the monthly meeting. vii. Set and implement audit plans for internal in-house maintenance and support scope of work, and external for all contracted scope of work. viii. Issue & follow-up (NCR) non-conformity report for each finding and track corrective and preventive actions by audited departments, and document all findings and their root causes, corrective & preventive actions in database.
