We are the leading philanthropy empowering young African entrepreneurs across all 54 African countries. In my role, I had the privilege of reviewing business grant proposals from hundreds of African entrepreneurs from Northern Nigeria, Northern Cameroon, Burkinafaso, Chad, and Mauritania. It was amazing witnessing the hundreds of solutions and ideas presented by these entrepreneurs to solve some of Africa's stubborn problems. I recommend some of these ideas using For more information visit: http:/www./tonyelumelufoundation.org/ Show less

OneAfrianChild Foundation was established in November 20, 2013, as a non-governmental organization with the motive of supporting disadvantaged community children with leadership skills and resources necessary for them to become proactive agents of change in their local communities. 1. Served as the founding programs director designing programs to improve educational programs of students in low-income communities in Ibadan, Nigeria. One of those programs includes a book drive for secondary school students in Ibadan which garnered 1000 notebooks, 300 textbooks, and a ton of writing materials. 2. Served as the global director for Volunteers and Human Resources managing 200 volunteers in 3 countries. During my time, developed the first Volunteers Handbook for the organization. I also initiated an annual global giving campaign tagged OneAugustSmile that encourages volunteers and their network to donate to the needs in their immediate communities. In the first 3 years, the OneAugustSmile campaign delivered 500 individual projects in 25 communities across 3 African countries (Nigeria, Kenya & Ivorycoast) Show less
