  - Contribute and support the Protocol Senior Manager with the establishment of short, medium and long-term goals and objectives. - Provide contribution to drafting and establishing a comprehensive set of procotol guidelines.- With the Protocol Senior Manager, coordinate and supervise all the Protocol arrangements in case of official ceremonies, visits of International dignities, expatriate and high profile personalities.- Ensure the appropriate government officials, international dignities, institutions and international organization.- Facilitate the movement of personnel and onboarding of management staff and Expatriate.- Manage correspondence with International and local flights. - Daily operations and management of private jets.- Ensure speedy passage through airport for staffs and luggage - protect staff from extortion or harassments by airport officials and authorities - Build and maintain cordial relationships with various government agencies at international and domestic airports to facilitate effective meet and greet services.- Work closely with the Head of security for surveillance before events to prepare sitting areas, prevent crowd control, liaise with security agencies at events.
