  This was an exciting externship where I experienced first-hand what it feels like to be part of a Fortune 100 company. I was able to perform deal sourcing for HP Tech venture by profiling startup companies, learn what VCs look for, and be a part of investing in the next generation of technology. I helped research relevant pre-seed stage startups for deal sourcing and evaluation. I also prepared a pitch deck on one of the start ups while attending team meetings with other externs to bounce off ideas and share opinions. It was an educative and enlightening learning experience.
