Providing reports and analysis on the following: • Revenue Generating Subscribers (daily, weekly and Monthly) • Gross Activation (daily, weekly and Monthly) • PPDSA Counts (daily, weekly and Monthly) • Active and Inactive kits (weekly and Monthly) Escalate and resolve all issues/queries with regards to Gross activations, acquisition products and promotions. Execute the channel initiatives on Gross connection, device activities, Sim Registration and other related programmes in Northern Region Organize and support implementation of onboarding plans for new partners to ensure seamless transition. Provide administrative and logistics support to Partners for business quarterly reviews and other events. Create DYKs on new initiatives for Sim Registration from the channel. Gather competitive intelligence reports on activities of other networks on Sim Registration operations. Following through Escalations that hampers sim registration activities in trade i.e. BTS breakdown issues, Generating PPDSA Issues, Device/ software issues etc. Raise Purchase and store requisition on IFS for Vendors / suppliers and follow through to payment. Compute analysis for Partners incentive payout considering all parameters (KPIs) Identify and advice CM on the need for of new Sim registration devices deployment to partners. Provide both formal and Informal training of SIM registration Agencies, SIM Registration outlets, field teams and shop frontline staff shops on applications, services and promotions being run by S & D and other cross functional divisions.
