  I worked closely with the Chief Pharmacist and Locum Pharmacist to ensure proper day-to-day running of the business with very high ethical standards. I sharpened my communication skills through daily interaction with patients, listening carefully to complaints before giving my opinion. By doing this, it was easy to build patient relationship and customer trust. I learnt to pay attention to details, ensuring good dispensing practices of medications, prescriptions and advice to patients. This also extended to keeping track of current pharmacy practice, new drugs and controlled drugs. Show less
