  I oversee the administration of the Polytechnic. Some other functions and achievements include; * I am responsible for the coordination, management and organization of the employees. During which i was able to introduce a standard employee grading structure in effect till date. * I am in charge of recruitment and selection of employees, during which i was able to attract and retain employees with advanced degrees and credentials in each process while also carrying out periodic performance evaluation assessment.. * I initiated and concluded strategic partnerships with other tertiary institutions for the overall benefit of my organization. * I was responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of our N28m ICT centre which has since received accreditation from various bodies including JAMB. * I oversaw the execution of our pilot 10 hectare rice farm project in 2017. It has now become an annual planting cycle. * I head our entrepreneurship training department and organize trainings and workshops for both students and non students. We have successfully graduated over 100 participants who have picked up one or multiple life skills. * I make sure we are always within the regulation guiding our conduct as an institution. Regulatory bodies such as JAMB, NBTE, NYSC etc. always monitor institutions for breach in practices. * I am secretary to the Governing council. I also represent and make representations on behalf of my institution in various fora. Show less
