   Participate in the Preparation and Issuance of standard bidding documents for procurement of goods/works/services to eligible bidders.  Participate in the preparation and issuance of requests for Expression of Interest (EOI), Advert, Shortlisting, and Standard Request for Proposals (RFP) and I ensure that all the step-by-step guidelines are adhered to including all aspects and details related or forming part, of the procurement bidding process of goods, work and consultancy.  Participate in the preparation of the Procurement Plan for the project.  Participate in the Preparation of Term of Reference (TOR) and Request for proposal for consultants using World Bank Guideline.  Participate in the Preparation of solicitation letter (QSL) and expression of interest for individual Consultants (IC), Consultants qualification (CQ) and qualities and cost base selection (QCBS) process for the advert.  Participate in the Preparation of evaluation reports for goods, works and services in line with World Bank Guidelines  Participate in Organized and participated in bid opening exercise for goods, works and related services  Participate in Drafting of lump sum/time base contracts for consultants  Participate in the Preparation of procurement reports for the management review to (indicate the progress over time with respect to the procurement plan)  Participate in record documentation and maintenance by maintaining files of each assignment for easy tracking of information  Conduct a market survey of goods and equipment Show less
