Ensuring compliance with the New Roads Street Works Act (NRSWA) 1991 and the Traffic Management Act (TMA) 2004. • Serving streetworks notices using Insight Symology, ensuring notices conform to Code of Practice for Co-ordination of Street Works and that the notice periods are correct for the location and type of works and are sent within statutory limitations. • Negotiating with Highway Authorities regarding extension of notices; early entry on traffic sensitive locations and responding to queries from highway authorities. • Providing general support to the streetworks management team, as required. • Liaising with Highways authorities including Transport for London to discuss road closures, diversions and any other forms of traffic management arising from works within the highway.
