The purpose of this job is to manage effectively the sales team,major lubricants markets with the key distribution partners, high volume distribution resellers and retailers and also to grow volume of lubricant sales and gain an appreciable market share of a specific percentage within the coverage areas.•Ensuring that the sales team are on track in achieving the set KPIs.•Setting sales and marketing KPIs for the sales managers and executives in order to achieve set goals.•Training the sales team,the business partners and their sales team on basic sales strategies and customer relation.•Ensuring new account creation and managing existing distributors in order to achieve set targets.•Ensuring timely delivery of products to distribution partners and prompt handling of customers and consumers complaints.•Making sure the team comply with sales volume generation activities such as oil change camps,market storms and auto mechanic meetings.• Ensuring high products penetration and on the shelf availability in coverage areas.• Ensuring both vertical and horizontal growth in distribution partners outlets and areas of coverage.• Analysing market trends of products sales; provides positioning information to the partners and the company.• Monitoring competition by gathering information on other company's products, prices, positioning, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques and materials, point of sale promotion materials.•Making sure the sales team submit weekly,monthly and stock keeping unit reports.• Ensuring compliance with company's best practices,assets and resources management and timely pay out of distribution partners monthly and quarterly incentives.
