      I am currently working on two projects; the 1st project is a large change programme that focused on digital transformation across the organisation where I worked as a digital Business Analyst to elicit requirement from stakeholders and 3rd parties,fleshed them to High Level Requirement and Functional Requirement,I transferred these Requirements to Confluence and the backlog on JIRA and moved them on the sprints as prioritised by the the Stakeholders ,then I assigned to the developers and monitor them in line with the business needs. The 2nd project is to implement and roll out a salesforce service cloud platform to enable customers enjoy an efficient customer service where I worked as a Business Analyst to create the option analysis in choosing Salesforce as our guiding and supporting system.I facilitated and organised meetings between Salsesforce and the business in order to articulate what the business goals were.I carried out GAP analysis to show where the business were and where we wanted to be.I mapped out the 'as is' and 'to be process maps and data models to understand the GAPS in the Salesforce standard fields and what the business required.I also carried out UAT to ensure that the system was fully functional once it was configured by the developers.
