Based in N.Ireland and working in both north and South of Ireland, EU and now non EU getting my previous insurance broker to understand what Shopping centres /managing companies ,were asking for in the insurance questionnaires for south of ireland was impossible. In fact i found them obstructive ,unhelpful ,almost rude, not willing to read the policy ,not willing to speak directly with the managing agents,even when the agents called them to help resolve ,they said no in fact point blank no. Faced with losing our southern ireland customers , it was thru a recommendation from a N.Ireland insurance company we contacted Ollie. From the start of our conversation Ollie was clear and knowledgeable of exactly what had to be done, we changed brokers [ kept same insurance provider ,so much so for our previous broker who stated the cover could not be provided by them ? ] Ollie went over and above to help change brokers ,and get the cover in place, Spoke with the managing agents for the completion of the questionnaires, and got everything in place to enable works to proceed.
