      The position was divided between 2 main functions -2nd\3rd line user support for Northern Europe. This covered all incidents and service requests for Desktop, Laptops and Servers in Northern Europe. The support ranged from Software installations, to hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution and training.Ongoing infrastructure maintenance.
