As a project specialist on wind power projects, I planned and administrated the land rental processes for the windmills and made contracts with land owners (2016). While working at TuuliWatti Oy (2017), I used different GIS-mapping software to visualize different attributes in the wind farms, in order to manage the projects efficiently. Tuuliwatti Oy is a company established in 2009 as a joint venture between St1 Oy and the S-Group, and it is a leading wind power operator in Finland. During 2013-2016 we planned and held annual events such as, "Bentley Power on Ice", "BMW Winter Driving Experience by Juha Kankkunen", and many additional customer events for Audi, Seat, Nokian Tyres etc. Additionally, we hosted events for many major Finnish companies and for various people, from F1-drivers and Prince Edward's party to private individuals. Not only did we host our customers at our facilities, but we ensured that their entire event was customized to their needs and delivered. Sales work for well-known "Health, Wellness & Fitness" company in Espoo and Helsinki. The work included new customer acquisition, as well as selling to old customers. I booked my own appointments from various sources (cold calls to new leads, leads from trade fairs etc. Turned out, that one of the best practices for me was asking new leads from current sales appointments: colleagues, family, friends etc.) New deals made / working hours = 36,8%* (including booking the appointments) Average value of a deal: 840e (12 month membership to the gym) Hit rate on booked appointments: 91,7%*. The best hit rate on Q4 at Fressi Espoonlahti. (*Numbers are calculated from the documents that I sent to Fressi Fysioline, where the working hours and number of commissions are detailed. The Hit rate (deals won per appointment) was calculated while working there.)
