Oliwia is very empathetic and cares about people, whether that is our team or the customer. Because of it she able to put her self in the customer's shoes and "walk" the customer journey. Together with her marketing experience, it allows her to choose the right channel and voice to market effectively to the customer. She is very candid, logical and assertive communicating. We arrive to better solutions with her in the room. She has a proactive attitude towards problem solving, takes ownership and gets things done.
